Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery is only £2.99 for all orders in the UK.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive within 1-3 days (excluding Sundays).
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for.
You must be available at the delivery address to accept your parcel, if you are not available to receive your order, a card should be left for you to collect your parcel at your local Royal Mail sorting office.
Delivery: 9am - 5pm.
Please note: Delivery lead times are extended over public holidays.
Next Day Delivery - £6.95
You can have your order delivered by next day delivery to any address in the UK. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for.
Next Day Delivery costs £6.95
Orders placed after 12.30pm Monday to Thursday will arrive in 2 working days.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or any time at the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.

Returns & Refunds
Here at the Jewel in the Town we pride ourselves on delivering good quality jewellery as well as excellent customer service. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please return your goods to us unused and in the original packaging within 14 days from purchase and we will happily refund or exchange the item.
Please note this does NOT include any Pierced jewellery, for hygiene and safety reasons.
All items need to be returned unworn and in their original packaging, regrettably delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded and any items returned to us that arrived damaged or get lost in the post will not be credited, we recommend using royal mail track and trace or recorded delivery which will be at a cost to yourselves.
We will only return postage costs if the item returned is faulty, If the item has been damaged in transit or faulty in any way please inform us within 3 days of receipt and we will gladly offer a replacement.

Please add a covering letter with your parcel including the reason for return your address details, telephone number and whether you require a refund or exchange of item.
